Overview
BeautySum Suwon —a place where exploration gives way to decision-making and all the values of K-Beauty converge—will be held for three days from Thursday, November 5, to Saturday, November 7, at the Suwon Convention Center Exhibition Hall. This event goes beyond a simple brand exhibition; it is South Korea’s next-generation beauty platform where cosmetic ingredients and R&D capabilities converge.
This exhibition encompasses the entire beauty value chain, from manufacturing to research, investment, and distribution. The event features a diverse range of exhibits, including skincare, makeup, hair, nails, body care, fragrances, derma, aesthetics, raw materials, ingredients, OEM/ODM, packaging, and inner beauty.

Getting there from Seoul
Suwon Convention Center is in the Gwanggyo district, served by Gwanggyo Jungang Station, the southern terminus of the Shinbundang subway line that runs directly into Gangnam and central Seoul with no transfers for many travelers. Alternatively, KTX or ITX-Saemaeul trains from Seoul Station or Yongsan reach Suwon Station in roughly 30 minutes, followed by a taxi or local bus onward to Gwanggyo, which is a separate area from central Suwon.

Suwon Hwaseong Media Art is a nighttime festival held against the backdrop of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since its launch in 2021, the event has presented large-scale media art inspired by the fortress and its history. Beginning in 2026, the festival has been newly reimagined under the theme “Saebit Dongrak: Suwon Hwaseong Blossoming in Light,” inviting visitors to experience the site through light and shared enjoyment.

Hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by the Gyeonggi Content Agency, the Korea AI Content Awards is an event designed to discover new possibilities for creativity through the convergence of generative AI technology and video content, and to collectively explore the future of the content industry in the AI era. Held at Lotte Cinema Suwon, this awards ceremony will feature a variety of AI video works submitted from both Korea and abroad. In addition to screenings, the event will include post-screening discussions (GVs) where audiences can talk directly with creators, an industry forum discussing the present and future of AI and the content industry, and an awards ceremony to honor outstanding works.
