Suwon's signature night tourism program, the 2026 Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening "Dalbit Hwadam" (a tale of flowers under the moonlight), is themed around "a tale of flowers under the moonlight," offering a night atmosphere that is both splendid and serene through various flower display installations and fantastical lighting content. Walking along the flower path quietly blooming beneath the soft lighting, visitors travel back through time to feel the charm of the past, nature, and the spirit of the Joseon dynasty.
