Why go

A one-day neighborhood festival along a 900m stretch near Sinjeong-negeori Station, built around the 2026 theme of Comfort, Dream, and Embrace. It mixes a street parade, opening ceremony, kids' play zone, book festival, and fringe stage with food and hands-on experience booths, plus performances including LG HelloVision's Taegun Singing Contest, the Yangcheon Cultural Center's Traditional Arts Festival, and congratulatory sets from Ahn Ye-eun, Soyou, Baek Ji-young, and Park Ji-hyun.

Getting there from Seoul

The festival site is in Yangcheon-gu around Sinjeong-negeori Station, on the Sinjeong branch of Seoul Subway Line 2, so it's a direct in-city subway trip from central Seoul with no KTX, ITX, or intercity bus needed. From the station, the festival runs along Jungang-ro toward the Seoul Southern District Court, so just follow the road on foot.

Tips

  • It runs for a single day only (25 October 2026), so there's no second chance to catch it that year.
  • The event stretches along a public road, so expect street closures and plan to walk the full 900m section rather than drive.
  • Bring small cash for the food and hands-on experience booths in case card payment is limited.

Best for: families, children, music fans, street food lovers.
