Oct 17, 2026 · Seoul

Overview
The 4th TEN FESTA will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Open Square of Baebongsan Neighborhood Park. The event is hosted by Dongdaemun-gu Office and is aimed at around 500 local youth and residents. It is organized around the concept of 'a participatory youth festival made and enjoyed by youth themselves,' with the slogan 'SKIP the obvious, PLAY the hip.' Main stage events include stage recreation activities, pre-event performances by 2 teams, a national team magic performance, art presentations by 11 youth club teams, and a guest performance by rapper Heo Seong-hyun, runner-up of CJ ENM's Show Me the Money 11. In addition, participatory events will be held, including 3 types of youth hands-on programs, the giveaway of autographed balls by basketball players, and host-led events, along with 12 experience and promotional booths run by affiliated organizations such as DDM Youth Agit. Auxiliary facilities include an arched entrance gate, a community art message photo zone, shaded canopy seating, and a picnic board game zone. Auxiliary facilities, experience booths, and participatory programs will operate continuously from 12 p.m. on the day of the event.
Why go
This is a small, community-scale youth festival in a Dongdaemun-gu neighborhood park, with a free afternoon programme that mixes youth club art presentations, a magic performance, and a guest set by rapper Heo Seong-hyun (runner-up of Show Me the Money 11). It gives visitors a low-key, local look at Seoul youth culture rather than a big tourist-oriented event.
Getting there from Seoul
The venue is already inside Seoul, in Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, so no intercity travel is needed. Take the Seoul subway (Line 1 to Jeonnong Station) or a local bus into the Jeonnong-dong area, then walk to Baebongsan Neighborhood Park's Open Square, or finish the last stretch by taxi if preferred.
Tips
- Booths, facilities, and hands-on programmes open from 12 p.m., an hour before the main stage starts at 1 p.m., so arrive early if you want to try them.
- It's an outdoor park event on a single Saturday afternoon (Oct 17, 2026), so check the weather and dress accordingly.
- The event targets a modest crowd of around 500 local youth and residents, so arrive early for a good spot near the stage, especially for the guest performance.
Best for: families, local culture, youth events, live performance fans.
