Young people active in diverse fields such as social engagement, volunteering, academics, sports, dance, bands, and culture and arts take the lead in planning and running the festival, establishing it as a venue where they share their talents and abilities with the local community. In particular, the Siheung Youth Club Festival is the largest youth club festival in the country, created together by 584 clubs and about 7,800 young people participating in Siheung City's Youth Club Support Project, presenting diverse content including performances, experience programs, exhibitions, and exchange programs. It is also expanding opportunities for global cultural exchange through cooperation with not only domestic youth but also overseas youth and international exchange organizations, developing into an international youth festival where diverse cultures and values coexist.
