    Oct 15 – Oct 18, 2026

The 2nd Chungcheongbuk-do Garden Expo in Yeongdong, held in Yeongdong — home to traditional Korean music (gugak) and fruit — takes place over four days from October 15 to 18, 2026, at Yeongdong Yongdu Park. The garden expo, where garden, culture, and participation come together, goes beyond a simple exhibition with content built around three themes — an expo for everyone, an expo filled with gugak, and a sustainable expo — making it a distinctive event unique to the Chungcheongbuk-do Garden Expo, where garden culture unfolds. The expo runs during the same period as the Yeongdong Nangye Gugak Festival, and its main programs consist of the Garden Industry Exhibition, Garden Experience Zone, Free Market Zone, and Garden Culture Performance program. The venue will also feature participatory gardens — a Provincial Residents' Participation Garden and a County Residents' Garden — created through a prior open competition.
