This is a recurring gugak (Korean traditional music) show held on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month at the Daejeon Yeonjeong Korean Traditional Music Center, Korea's first local-government-affiliated gugak venue, established in 1981. The resident orchestra, vocal ensemble, and dance troupe perform themed programs spanning court music, folk dance, and creative reinterpretations of traditional gugak. Getting there from Seoul
Take the KTX from Seoul Station or Yongsan Station to Daejeon Station, a journey of roughly an hour. From Daejeon Station, continue by taxi or local bus/subway to the Dunsan-dong area near the Hanbat Arboretum, where the Daejeon Yeonjeong Korean Traditional Music Center (Jakeunmadang/Little Hall) is located.
