The 2026 Daejeon Bread Festival is Korea's leading community-collaborative bread festival, where Daejeon's excellent local bakeries and neighborhood merchants all come together with smiles. From nationally renowned brands like Seongsimdang to skilled neighborhood bakeries hidden in every corner of town, a total of 120 local small business owners take part as the proud stars of the festival. At the festival site, beyond the culinary pleasure of tasting a variety of freshly baked, fragrant bread, a valuable venue unfolds for promoting the outstanding taste and philosophy of distinctive local bakeries and pioneering new sales channels.
