The 2026 Ulsan Startup Festa is a startup and entrepreneurship event held over two days, from November 5 to 6, 2026, at Hall A on the 1st floor of the Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center (UECO). The event's slogan is 'BRIDGE TO INNOVATION,' and it consists of product and technology exhibitions by startups, lectures, investment consultations, and business networking programs.

The main programs include the opening ceremony and keynote speech, sector-specific conferences, startup IR pitching, and networking and consultation sessions. Lectures and corporate presentations take place on the main stage and sub-stage, while the exhibition area consists of booths for companies and institutions as well as a Startup City Pavilion. The startup IR pitching program allows participating companies to introduce their business models and products/services. The networking and consultation sessions are a program in which companies, investors, and representatives from related organizations exchange business information and discuss potential collaboration. TV personality Hong Suk-cheon is expected to take part in a public session for general visitors, making this an event where both startup stakeholders and the general public can participate together. In addition, the event operates spaces such as experience zones, a flea market, and F&B booths to support visitor participation and convenience.

Ulsan Jung-gu National Heritage Night Tour

    Oct 23 – Oct 25, 2026

The Ulsan National Heritage Night Tour is a nighttime historical and cultural festival that sheds new light on the value of Ulsan's national heritage, centered on the relationship between two leaders who each headed civil (文) and military (武) affairs within a single county during the Joseon dynasty. Using Ulsan Dongheon and Naea, which symbolizes the civil (文) sphere, and Gyeongsangjwa-do Byeongyeongseong, which symbolizes the military (武) sphere, as the two main stages, the festival reinterprets through today's eyes the relationship and conflict between the two leaders as recorded in the Sejong Sillok (Annals of King Sejong) and the Myeongjong Sillok (Annals of King Myeongjong). The story of these two figures, who held different roles and values, unfolds in the flow of 'thesis (正) – antithesis (反) – synthesis (合).' Through a narrative that begins with confrontation and conflict and arrives at understanding and harmony, the festival conveys to visitors the historical meaning of achieving coexistence beyond conflict. This story is brought to life through various forms such as performances, exhibitions, hands-on activities, guided explanations, and night scenery, allowing anyone to encounter Ulsan's history and culture easily and enjoyably. In particular, by weaving the historical significance of Ulsan Dongheon and Naea and Gyeongsangjwa-do Byeongyeongseong into a single story, it is Ulsan's representative national heritage night festival that clearly reveals the unique value of each of the two national heritage sites along with the regional identity unique to Ulsan.
